Primary Teaching Assistant - Full-Time/Temporary
Location: Newton Abbot and nearby areas
Pay: £90 - £100 per day (weekly pay through PAYE)
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (with potential for long-term opportunities)

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting class teachers with creative, engaging lessons
* Working closely with pupils who may need extra support - either 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping children grow in confidence, both academically and socially
* Assisting with reading, phonics, numeracy, and classroom activities
* Creating a warm, safe and inclusive space where all children can shine
This Role is Perfect For
* Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who want to gain valuable classroom experience
* Graduates or students studying education or child development
* Individuals returning to work or exploring a new career path in schools
* Anyone with a calm, nurturing and positive approach to supporting children
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children (in a school, nursery, tutoring, or youth work) is ideal - but not essential
* A can-do attitude, a warm personality, and a genuine love for working with young learners
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Availability for full-time work during school hours
* Willingness to travel to primary schools across Newton Abbot and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
