Job Purpose:
Deliver high-quality tenancy and estates management services, ensuring tenants comply with their Tenancy Agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage tenancy-related matters and provide advice to tenants.
2. Investigate and deal with anti-social behavior and breaches of tenancy conditions.
3. Conduct estate inspections and work with partners and residents to maintain a high standard of environment.
4. Process requests for permissions and alterations, and undertake property inspections.
Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workloads.
3. Knowledge of social housing issues and relevant legislation.
