* Support integrations between Totalmobile and other core systems ensuring data flows are accurate and timely.
* Work with the IT Service Desk to triage and resolve repairs-related incidents and requests, ensuring they are handled in line with SLAs and with clear communication to users.
* Support system upgrades, patches and configuration changes for repairs technology, following change management processes and ensuring robust testing, including UAT with the repairs service.
* Create and maintain clear technical and user documentation, including process maps, configuration records, runbooks and "how to" guides for planners, supervisors and technicians.
* Provide training, coaching and floor‑walking support to new starters and existing staff when new functionality, workflows or devices are introduced.
* Work with suppliers (especially Totalmobile) to manage support cases, elevate complex issues and plan product roadmap changes that impact RHP Home.
* Support projects related to RHP Home (e.g. new workstreams, changes to repair policies, mobilisation of new teams, or contractor / DLO model changes) by providing expert input on systems and data.
* Work with third‑party suppliers to manage application support, enhancements and roadmaps.

Qualifications

* Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (for example SQL, Power BI or similar) to support operational insight and performance improvement
* Experience of working in social housing or a related sector, with an understanding of repairs‑related regulation, compliance and health & safety. Working within a Direct Labour Organisation(DLO) or in‑house maintenance service
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving, including the ability to analyse data to identify patterns and root causes
* The ability to translate operational requirements from planners, supervisors and technicians into system configuration, workflows and practical solutions
* Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change management
* Working effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in plain language

Desired qualifications

* Hands‑on experience with Totalmobile in a housing, repairs or field service context
* Experience with housing or asset management systems and repairs modules
* Experience of system integrations and APIs, particularly between operational systems and housing, finance or data platforms

* Take ownership and be tenacious in finding solutions and delivering outcomes for customers and colleagues
* Role model RHP’s values and behaviours, acting with honesty and integrity
* Work collaboratively across RHP Home and Technology, engaging subject matter experts to validate findings
