We are currently partnering with a leading South Wales based Housing Provider, who are recruiting for a Data Administrator to join their growing team for a minimum of three months, with views to extend following this.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £17.00 per hour via an Umbrella company and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Uploading information relating to specialist compliance certificates on Excel and in house systems
2. Carrying out internal communication with compliance officers and the senior management team
3. Working alongside documentation relating to Asbestos, Legionella, Gas, Fire, Lifts, Electrics and Damp and Mould
Requirements:
4. Administration experience, ideally within a Housing setting
5. IT literacy, including MS Office packages
