The Role Head Pastry Chef
Lead a team of 10 + chefs
Menu development of Vieonnoiserie and Patisserie products
Oversee daily CPU production at volume
Maintain quality, consistency, and standards

What Were Looking For Head Pastry Chef
Proven viennoiserie expertise (essential)
Background in 5-star hotels, premium bakeries, or luxury kitchens
Strong leadership and team management
CPU experience desirable
Production or volume experience is essential
