Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Bar and Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
* Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
* Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
* Provide excellent guest services, addressing any queries or special requests with professionalism
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times during food preparation and serving
* Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required, adhering to hygiene regulations
* Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system, demonstrating good basic maths skills
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
* Support team members in delivering a seamless dining experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures is advantageous
* Experience in serving or guest services roles demonstrates strong customer focus
* Basic maths skills for handling payments and managing bills effectively
* Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, especially in food preparation or organisation
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy hours
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
* Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing demands
