You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and leases
* Acting for developers on site acquisitions and development work
* Supporting landlord and tenant matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to business development initiatives
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property
* Confident managing your own caseload
* Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* A team player with ambition to progress
