With over 30 dairy herds under routine care, plus a wide variety of beef, sheep, and youngstock work, they can offer you a genuinely diverse caseload.
They believe in giving vets the autonomy to shape clinical standards and take the lead in developing services. You’ll have the opportunity to pursue your interests, whether through post-graduate qualifications or focused CPD. Vet techs and ATT staff are on hand to support your clinical work, ensuring you can focus on the aspects of the job that matter most. If you enjoy farmer engagement, there’s scope to get involved in discussion groups and training sessions too.

Responsibilities
* Take on routine fertility work and contribute to shaping clinical direction.
* Engage with dairy farmers and participate in group discussions and training sessions.
* Collaborate with vet techs and ATT staff to support clinical work and focus on core responsibilities.
* Maintain and develop high standards of farm veterinary care within a farm-only practice.
* Be available for light out-of-hours duties on a 1-in-6 rota.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experienced farm veterinary surgeon with interest in professional development.
* Ambition to pursue post-graduate qualifications or focused CPD.
* Ability to work with a diverse caseload including dairy, beef, sheep, and youngstock.
