The Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Support Lead to oversee and coordinate support functions within out M58 warehouse operations, with a strong focus on eCommerce fulfilment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting frontline teams, and driving efficiency across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse logistics, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of eCommerce fulfilment workflows.
