We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Audit Assistant Manager. As a key member of our audit team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audits and providing exceptional service to our clients.
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and overseeing the completion of audits to ensure that they meet the highest standards. You will work closely with senior managers and directors to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your expertise will also be called upon to provide guidance and support to junior team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of UK and international accounting standards, as well as experience in supervising and coaching junior staff. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* You should be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ICAS) or hold an equivalent overseas qualification.
* You should have a degree-level education or hold a Certified Tax Specialist (CTS) qualification.
* You should have experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
* You should have a working knowledge of UK and international GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
* You should have a working knowledge of firm services, issues related to advice, regulation, and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
* You should have demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
