Supervising classes : You'll take the reins when the teacher is away, following pre-prepared lesson plans and keeping things running smoothly. Supporting students : Provide guidance to help them work through tasks, adjusting your approach to meet their unique needs. Boosting progress : Help students make strides in literacy and numeracy, and make sure their learning is always moving forward. Team player : Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to keep track of student progress and make sure everyone is reaching their potential. What will you need to succeed?
