We are delighted to be engaged by a global leader in the provision of IFM services to appoint a Sales Director to further drive and develop their UK&I footprint. Reporting into the senior exec you will be responsible for defining, delivering and executing the sales strategy, expanding market share, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. Key accountabilities include
* New Business Development: Personally lead and secure high-value, complex integrated FM contracts within the private sector (commercial, professional services, logistics, manufacturing, pharma)
* Executive Sales Leadership: Lead the pursuit of flagship, multi-million dollar contracts, serving as the primary executive sponsor and lead negotiator for key deals.
* Thought Leadership: Representation at major industry conferences and high-level client meetings
* Pipeline Management: Oversee the strategic sales pipeline, ensuring focus on high-potential opportunities and accurate forecasting for senior management.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies and product-market fit.
* Strategy & Leadership: Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across all IFM service lines
* Team Management: Recruit, mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and technological advancements within the FM sector to identify new opportunities.
* Client Relationships: Oversee the management of key client accounts and ensure the sales pipeline is consistently strong and well-managed through the CRM system.
* Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the sales budget and provide accurate, timely forecasts and performance reports to the senior leadership team.
