Who we are…
Praesta is a partnership of outstanding coaches operating at the top level (C Suite leaders of today and tomorrow) across Commercial, Public and Third Sectors. We are set up differently to most coaching organisations. We only coach for Praesta - we do not use Associates. With 15 Coaches currently in the UK and around 50 or so around Europe, we do not have a central sales function. Our client contact is done by the Executive Coaches. We work collaboratively and every coach contributes to winning, account managing and delivering our services. You will need to be prepared to develop business as well as coach.
Praesta delivers Executive Coaching, Senior Team and Group Coaching as well as undertaking Board Performance Reviews and Board Development work. A number of our colleagues have Non-Executive roles and Business School/Professional Body responsibilities, but we coach exclusively through Praesta. Our clients know that a Praesta coach can only be found through working with Praesta.
