We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator (part time) to join our friendly team at Tarmac 'Hub' in Mountsorrel, Quorn, near to Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Working 20.5 hours per week, the shift pattern will be Wednesday afternoon (4 hrs), Thursday and Friday (8 hours each), and 1 in every 8 Saturdays. Hours are dependent on business needs.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful Customer Service team engaging with customers via telephone and email to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, online, and email from initial contact to delivery.
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of customer care.
* Completing data entry and order processing tasks.
* Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to clarify information, support colleagues, and resolve queries.
* Accurately inputting customer data into the CRM system.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders.
* Working with Fleet and Capacity planners to coordinate transport and material availability.
* Keeping customers informed to facilitate transport planning.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably office-based, engaging with stakeholders, and possess:
* First-class customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Attention to detail.
* Positive attitude and approachable manner.
* Resilience and tenacity under pressure.
* Teamwork and flexibility.
* IT proficiency, including MS Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential.
