We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the transformation of Asset Management. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office-based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be a key player in the transformation of Asset Management within VIVID. Your expertise in business processes, requirements gathering, and process improvements will be essential. Specifically, your experience in asset management within the housing sector. You’ll assist Programme and Project Managers in the development of their plans, ensuring appropriate BA skills are identified and realistic resource estimates are incorporated.
Working within our Programme team you’ll work with the business to understand requirements and shape the To-Be Process for Asset Management on a MS Dynamics platform. You will be part of a team of Business Analysts delivering Property Services, Compliance and Asset Management liaising with business stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the development of our business analysis practice, sharing your expertise with the team, with the opportunity to manage small teams from time to time.
As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll have experience leading/mentoring a team of Business Analyst on larger programmes/projects. Ideally, you’ll have a detailed understanding of Project Management methods, such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as tools/controls used such as Gantt charts, risks and issues logs, and business cases help Projects/Change Requests to be delivered successfully.
You’ll champion our values, promote achieving excellence and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation by challenge existing practises, suggesting better ways of working, supporting change delivery and acting as the link between the business and delivery teams to get things done.
You’ll have experience in a Senior Business Analyst role with a relevant qualification in Business Analysis techniques ideally with a Project Management accreditation. It is essential you have experience in Business Analytics and Project Management, particularly within a change environment. And importantly, you’ll have the passion to be an ambassador for leading and promoting change!
