We are seeking compassionate British Sign Language (BSL) Support Workers to assist individuals with diverse abilities in their own homes.
Build supportive relationships and support individuals during the night and daily activities.
Provide personal care, household tasks, and communicate effectively using BSL.
Follow care plans, document progress, and report concerns.
Qualifications include proficiency in BSL (Level 1 or 2), compassion, strong communication skills, and willingness to undergo training.
