What are we looking for in this positio n?

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
* Develop creative and tailored account strategies to maximise client value and drive business growth.
* Oversee client satisfaction, ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded.
* Work closely with Business Development Managers and Study Directors to ensure smooth account handover and timely study delivery.
* Prepare and present client proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
* Proactively conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Ensure companies CRM system is kept up to date at all times.

What will we need you to have?

* A proven track record in managing customer accounts and building long-term client relationships.
* The ability to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, adapting your style to suit different stakeholders.
* Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement.
* A strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
* Confidence in preparing and presenting client proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
