Job Description
Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and committed Drama Teacher to work in a secondary school from the new academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Drama Teacher looking for a long-term secondary teaching role with strong support, consistency, and the potential for full-time work.
This role is suitable for an experienced Drama Teacher, a newly qualified Drama Teacher, or an ECT looking to secure a long-term Drama teaching job in a supportive secondary school.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4
2. Plan and deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons
3. Support students of all abilities in Drama
4. Encourage creativity, confidence, and performance skills
5. Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines
6. Work collaboratively within the performing arts department

Requirements
To be considered for this Drama Teacher role, candidates must have:
12. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
13. Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and/or KS4
14. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
15. A passion for Drama education and student development
16. Eligibility to work in the UK
17. A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
