Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Care Worker to join our Short Breaks Service. In this role, you will provide essential respite care to individuals with learning disabilities and associated health needs. Your work will empower clients to lead fulfilling lives while promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to individuals, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided, ensuring compliance with best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or above) or be willing to work towards this
* A strong understanding of person-centred care principles.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to our values.
