Production Operative
Maidstone (outskirts – driver with own transport essential)
C. £25000 - £26000 DOE
Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm (40 hours pw) with flexibility to work from 6.30am in busy periods.

Our client has an admirable staff retention rate, is looking for a full time, permanent Production Operative with a Forklift Licence.
As a Production Operative you will:
1. Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth production processes.
2. Work at height, in confined spaces and in an industrial manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary
3. Need to carry materials and products up to 20kg independently
4. Monitor and maintain product quality standards.
5. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
6. Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
To be considered for this Production Operative role, you will have:
8. Relevant working experience in a similar environment
9. A counterbalance forklift licence with experience – in-house or national considered
10. A good level of physical fitness and strength – heavy lifting and stamina required
11. A willingness to work at height and in confined spaces
12. A track record of reliability and punctuality in a working environment
13. Experience operating machinery
14. A good level of common sense
15. Basic maths skills
16. A good attitude ‘muck in’ attitude
17. A desire to progress within a company
