Job Description:
Company Overview
Join a high-performing, boutique advisory firm that operates at the heart of the global private markets ecosystem. With a reputation for excellence and a track record of advising top-tier clients, this firm offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment. The team is known for its strategic insight, meticulous execution, and deep relationships across the private equity landscape.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and management of complex fundraising and advisory mandates. Your responsibilities will include:
* Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple workstreams across mandates, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
* Client Materials: Develop and refine high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials tailored to institutional investors.
* Tracking & Analysis: Maintain detailed tracking of investor interactions, pipeline progress, and market intelligence.
* Financial Modelling: Support financial analysis and modelling where required, with a focus on commercial insight rather than deep technical builds.
* Minor Origination Skills: Contribute to business development efforts through market research, idea generation, and preparation of origination materials.
Role Requirements
We are seeking a commercially minded, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in financial services and a passion for private markets. The ideal candidate will have:
* 6-8 years' experience in transaction services, M&A, or a related advisory role, ideally from a Big Four or leading investment bank.
* Exposure to private equity or private markets is highly desirable.
* Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Solid project management capabilities and a proactive, organised approach.
* Some financial modelling experience; comfort with numbers and commercial analysis.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
