Duties and Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and build partnerships with local suppliers, delivery platforms, and potential partners to support the growth of Madbuns Ltd.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the fast food and takeaway sector to ensure the company maintains a strong and competitive presence.
• Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, while supporting the development of promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Madbuns.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders to expand opportunities for growth and strengthen our brand within Swansea and beyond.
• Works with and trains staff as needed to ensure smooth delivery of services, consistent quality standards, and positive customer experiences.
• Provide senior management with regular reports on performance, market opportunities, and recommendations to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
Skills:
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or foodservice growth, ideally within fast food, hospitality, or retail distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and delivery partners.
• Ability to assess market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in using digital systems and reporting tools to track performance, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activity.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across kitchen, operations, and customer service teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing business environment.
