It's more than a job: Join us in leading a newly formed team responsible for the end-to-end transfer of Air Certified Items (ACI) into the Air Centre of Excellence via the ACI Header Tank (HT) process. ? As a champion of airworthiness compliance, you'll ensure every movement meets the highest standards through rigorous checks on documentation, packaging, traceability, and storage conditions. You and your team will manage all locally held ACI related data within the Warehouse Management System, acting swiftly on any discrepancies to protect safety and regulatory integrity. You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of the ACI HT process by developing robust Work Instructions and actively contributing to User Acceptance Training to ensure all process enhancements are accurate, effective, and operationally aligned. How you create impact Responsible for effective Management of Team and functional operating area(s) as required. Conduct Facilities reporting and escalation as required.Undertake Absence Management activities as required. Undertake Discipline Management activities as required.Undertake all other operational tasks as required. Establish an understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls including understanding how to identify risks and implement successful risk controls for safety compliance. Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace. Undertake effective Resource Utilisation, Planning and Management activities as required includingplanning thedaily workload and ensuring that time and attendance matters are managed. Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests and internal departments. Investigate and complete all CCARs as required and within appointed timeframes. Be an Ambassador for Quality and actively participate in continuous quality improvements, including driving changes in quality gates and culture. Actively participate and input into WIs/SOPs and process confirmations, assisting with the identification of necessary amendments, updates and rewrites as required.
