Senior Early Years Practitioner
Im currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive nursery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting childrens development and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
What youll be doing:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery provision
* Delivering high-quality care and education for children up to 5 years old
* Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Monitoring childrens development and maintaining accurate records
* Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support positive outcomes for children
* Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required
What were looking for:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 within a nursery setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, caring, and team-focused approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Part-time hours may be considered; however, candidates must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
