We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking company that supplies premium, high-end products, and they're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their close-knit and friendly team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the service department - liaising with engineers, handling customer queries, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
