Key focus areas of the role itself and where you will spend the majority of your time:
Be the main point of contact between the global team and UK sales team, ensuring to keep the UK market requirements front and centre when in development and challenging the global teams where appropriate.Develop an annual plan in collaboration with sales that addresses our key issues and builds our KPIs for growth. Keep consumer insight at the heart of brand strategy whilst also applying a commercial lensContinually analyze portfolio performance and keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition, ensuring the optimum range on the shelf in channel, incl. formats and sub ranges.Execute EPD and NPD with excellence, through from sell-ins to activating on social and with influencers. Driving both visibility and talkability to ultimately drive penetration and conversion. Work in collaboration with the global team on the optimum execution of our digital first strategy (paid media) and instore activation with clear evaluation and the ability to recommend how to build upon the plan. Manage our digital and social brand presence delivering relevancy and meaningfulness to our consumers. The ability to define and build a ‘community’ that is executed with excellence locally, whether that be events, partnerships, collaborations.
