We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, and efficient School Administrator for an immediate start to join the busy school office at Werneth Primary School in Oldham. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the school, providing administrative support to staff, parents, and pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative and front-office support
Managing pupil data, attendance, and records using SIMS
Answering phone calls and dealing with parent and visitor enquiries
Supporting staff with admin tasks as needed
Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience working in a school office
Strong working knowledge of the SIMS system
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
A friendly and professional manner
The position is part time:
Monday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
This is for an immediate start and candidates must have a full DBS that is registered on the update service.
