As a Health and Safety Business Partner, youll be responsible for: Supporting your business area in developing and embedding effective H&S systems, ensuring risks are understood and managed through practical, tailored solutions.
Investigating incidents alongside local teams, producing clear reports, and driving the implementation of corrective actions and shared learning.
Delivering H&S training and ongoing coaching to colleagues, championing safety as a core business value, and strengthening capability across the business area.
Carrying out regular monitoring visits and audits.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will require regular travel to sites across the Wolseley Group.
A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 qualification) is a minimum, with a NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 qualification considered a strong advantage.
A strong commercial mindset, able to take a balanced, risk-based approach that supports both safety and operational priorities. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, with an understanding of emerging H&S trends and how they impact business operations.
