Base pay range
Base salary c£120,000+ (DOE) + Individual & Team Performance Bonus. In addition, you’ll receive company profit share, extensive benefits, and an electric vehicle as part of our compensation package.

Role at a Glance
* Location: Oxfordshire / Cotswolds – within 60 minutes commute of our offices in Oxford, Wallingford or Chipping Norton.
* Reporting to: Directors.
* Team: 50 Hedgeholders.
* Career pathway: Associate Director.
* Compensation: Base salary up to £120,000 DOE, bonus, profit share and full benefits.

Your Skills
* Best‑in‑class inheritance and succession planning advice.

* Experience with Court of Protection matters.
* Ability to support and train junior staff.
* Excellent communication and client‑advisory skills.
* Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
* Proficient in IT and keen to learn new ways of working.
* STEP qualification desirable (support available).

* Qualified Solicitor with significant private‑wealth experience.
* Leadership experience or a strong potential for a leadership role.
* High‑quality service delivery with exceptional client care.
* Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
* Warm and positive, with a can‑do attitude.
* Committed to continuous learning and self‑development.
* Enjoys teamwork and supporting colleagues.
* 25–28 days annual leave plus statutory holidays (dependent on position).
