Our platform removes the heavy burden of manual tasks for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, specifically by automating complex target customer research and meeting preparation. This allows Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to dedicate their time to top-of-funnel expansion and significantly improving overall win rates.

Beyond GTM teams, we empower CEOs and executive leadership with unprecedented transparency into team performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.

SentientPro is part of the Blueberry Capital Partners portfolio of companies. The Marketing Executive will become a member of the Blueberry Capital Commercial Center of Excellence and get the opportunity to participate in the training days and collaborate with peers across the portfolio.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join our small yet powerful commercial team. This role is instrumental in driving sign-ups and revenue through our website, generating qualified leads for our sales team, and strategically building a strong, recognizable brand.

Initially, your focus will be on the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) market and maximizing website sign-ups, while also ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for our Sales team.


Key Responsibilities


Growth & Performance Marketing

* Website Optimization: Manage and optimize the website (in partnership with our marketing agency) to maximize conversion rates for free trials and paid sign-ups.
* Content & SEO: Plan, create, and optimize high-value content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, landing pages, lead magnets) to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
* Executive Content Creation: Work directly with the Co-CEOs and executive team to define, draft, and produce thought leadership content, including articles, LinkedIn posts, and keynote presentations.
* Email Marketing: Develop and execute nurturing sequences and retention campaigns to convert sign-ups into active users and paid customers.
* Paid Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of initial paid search, social, or content syndication campaigns, focused on ROI.


Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

* Lead Capture: Design and implement effective mechanisms for capturing leads from the website (e.g., forms, calls-to-action, gated content).
* Lead Nurturing: Work with the sales team to define and qualify leads, ensuring effective handoff and follow-up.
* Sales Enablement: Create marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, presentation templates) to support the SDR and AE teams in their outreach and closing efforts.


Brand Building & Analytics

* Social Media: Develop and manage a coherent social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
* Messaging & Positioning: Help refine our core product messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across all marketing materials.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to continually iterate and optimize strategies.


Essential Skills & Experience

* 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
* A strong understanding of core principles of digital marketing, content, and SEO.
* Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns (email, content, social) from concept through to reporting.
* Experience in optimizing a business website or landing pages for conversion.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Must be based on the Isle of Wight/South-Coast UK and willing to commute to our Newport, IoW office 1-3 days per week.


Desirable Skills

* Experience in the Tech/SaaS industry.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
* Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and metrics.
