Marketing Manager | Hybrid (Letchworth) | £45,000 – £55,000
Are you a B2B marketing professional ready to own a function from day one?
We're working with a leading specialist in SAP data management who are trusted by 950+ enterprise customers globally for over 20 years, to find a confident, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead their entire marketing function.
This is a standalone role with real scope and visibility. You'll take full ownership of digital marketing, lead generation, content, campaigns, website, social media and more. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director and working closely with senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning all digital channels: email, inbound, CRM & automation
* Creating compelling content: white papers, case studies, press releases
* Managing and optimising the company website
* Running targeted social media campaigns end-to-end
* Analysing performance data and driving ROI
* Collaborating with SAP and technology partners on co-marketing
What we're looking for:
* B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
* Strong CRM and marketing automation skills
* A self-starter who's comfortable working independently
* SAP knowledge is a real plus — but not essential
