Job summary
CNWL NHS FT Health & Justice Services is seeking a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist / Consultant Psychiatrist at HMP Bronzefield. This role involves 10 PAs (additional PAs can be considered). Be part of something extraordinary at the largest female prison in Europe.

Main duties of the job
* Provide clinical leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Develop specialist interests aligned with Trust and local service plans.
* Teach and train specialist nurses, other nurses, and prison staff as appropriate.
* Contribute to the development of Health and Justice services through clinical audit and related activities.

We seek an enthusiastic Consultant Psychiatrist / Forensic Consultant to join our Health & Justice Services at HMP Bronzefield. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead mental health care in a complex, supportive environment, making a difference to women in custody.
* Forensic experience is not essential; applications from psychiatrists with general adult, community, liaison, or forensic backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications
* Relevant professional qualification or ongoing professional development
* GMC registration with license to practice
* On the GMC Specialist Register or within six months
* Approved clinician status or achievable within 3 months
* Approved under S12 or achievable within 3 months
* MRCPsych
Experience
* Clinical leadership and management experience
