Job Description
Freshwater recruitment are working with an International legal firm based in Central London to find a Change Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a pivotal role supporting a major transformation initiative across the firm, focused on embedding structured change, streamlining legal processes, and ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of structured change management strategies and plans
* Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to build support and drive change
* Conduct impact assessments across people, process, and technology
* Support compelling communication and engagement initiatives
* Collaborate on process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), identifying and closing efficiency gaps
* Implement governance structures to track progress and manage risks
* Anticipate and mitigate resistance through proactive planning
* Deliver key milestones on time and to a high standard
* Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement
Experience needed
* A mixed background in Project Management and hands on Change experience
* Extensive experience in structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
* Strong project delivery experience, particularly in transformation settings
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to navigate partnership and matrix environments effectively
* Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, process mapping and data visualisation tools
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of the legal sector (a plus)
