We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Parts Advisor to join our clients automotive team.
The salary: £37,000.00 - £40,000.00 pa DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 40hrs per week
The ideal candidate will be dealing with our customers via telephone & email. This role requires strong technical parts background, excellent customer service skills, You will also be responsible for liaising with our 3PL Data team & in-house engineering team. Also ensuring our electronic Parts Catalogue is accurate & implement improvements to EPC illustrations & Data.
Responsibilities
* Take incoming calls from customers looking for support identifying Part.
* Supporting Parts team with identifying correct part
* Send customer price quotes
* Identify part failure trends
* Create & publish technical Parts Bulletins
* Main contact for EPC & Parts data team at our 3PL
* Management of Vehicle BOMs into Electronic Parts Catalogue & feedback changes to 3PL partner.
* Managing Engineering Product Change Notices.
* Be first point of contact for complex customer queries.
* Cross reference customers part requirements to correct part number.
* Promote the sale of genuine OE Part
* Be first port of call to resolve technical part related issues with in-house technical & engineering teams.
