* Lead end-to-end OCM delivery for a large transformation programme (digital / operating model / managed services transition)
* Own and execute Change Strategy, Plan and Roadmap
* Drive WaaS related change activities, including transition, consultation support, and communications
* Manage stakeholder engagement across business, HR, legal, and programme teams
* Design and deliver:
* Change impact assessments
* Communication and engagement strategies
* Training and capability programmes
* Adoption and readiness metrics
* Act as the primary interface for OCM with client leadership
* Establish governance and track change KPIs and business adoption outcomes
* Lead and mentor junior OCM team members and work with the offshore team as well.
