Job Overview This is an exciting role leading and optimising a key value stream to drive quality, delivery and efficiency. You'll collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain and Customer teams to achieve outstanding results. Your new role: Value Stream Ownership: Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned value stream (Product Line), ensuring achievement of key metrics such as quality, on-time delivery and cost targets. Assembly Operations Management: Serve as the owner of the Assembly value stream, overseeing scheduling, daily operations, coordination with demand planning for internal manufacturing and procurement functions. Operational Reporting: Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Supply Chain reporting structures, ensuring accurate and timely communication of performance data / improvement initiatives. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a key contact for maintaining strong customer relationships both indirectly through Customer Service and Product Management teams also directly with customers when required. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations in accordance with company policies and government legislation. Other Duties: Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the business to support operational goals and continuous improvement efforts. Your ideal background: Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and end-to-end operations. Proven People Management skills with experience leading teams effectively. Demonstrated Problem-Solving ability, with a proactive and analytical approach to resolving operational issues. Experience in TEOA, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S implementation. Background in Planning and Scheduling activities or exposure to production scheduling systems. Working Product Knowledge relevant to the assigned value stream or product line \LI-ONSITE Experience in Customer Management and maintaining strong customer relationships.
