Here are some of the responsibilities:
* Solve system user problems and resolve customer questions and issues
* Advise system users on how to get the most from software solutions
* Help customers configure the systems to meet their business needs
* Identify and gather ideas for new functionality and services
* Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved use of the software solutions
* Support other teams in testing new releases
* Translate content and documents from English to French
Requirements for the role:
* Fluent to a native level of French (both written and spoken)
* Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions (no graduate visas at this stage unfortunately)
* Based close to or willing to relocate to London as this is a hybrid position
* Some previous customer-facing experience would be a bonus
* Achieved a 2:1 / Mention Bien or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM or analytical subject
* Excellent A-levels / Baccalauréat and particularly in Mathematics
* World class problem solving skills
* Logical, well organised and practical
* Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
* The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
* Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
A starting salary of £33,000 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work hybrid up to 3 days a week remote after probation period.
