Job Title: Customer Service & Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 24 – 27.5k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
* Assist with manual handling tasks as required.
* Utilise a CRM system to manage customer interactions and data.
* Use accounting software (sage 50) for basic financial tasks.
* Maintain a high standard of quality in both customer service and internal processes.
* Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and knowledge.
* Develop an understanding of our products.
Qualifications
* GCSEs or equivalent
* Minimum 5 (previously B) in English and Maths
Preferred
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience with CRM and accounting software
* Experience with manual lifting and palletising
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
* Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and contribute to various business areas with a can-do attitude.
* Confident in IT
* Strong standard of English and Maths.
* Happy to work both independently and as part of a small team.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of the business.
