Uniserve are seeking a dynamic and proactive Transport Supervisor to efficiently oversee and manage our transport operations. You'll be pivotal in ensuring the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of goods, leading and coordinating our dedicated team across various shift patterns.
Shift pattern:
4 on 4 off, 7am until 7pm
What you'll do:
* Oversee and optimise transport operations: Manage fleet activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and improve efficiency.
* Lead and coordinate the transport team to meet operational targets.
* Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely service.
* Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
