HR Recruitment Associates (Gr F)
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic HR Recruitment Associates (Gr F) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from inception to completion, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and onboard the best talent available in the market. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and have a proactive approach to sourcing candidates across various platforms. As an HR Recruitment Associate, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and effectively engage with potential candidates. Your ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate capabilities, and manage the candidate experience will be crucial in ensuring a positive impression of our organization. Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
* Utilize various platforms and networks to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
* Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems to reflect current status and metrics.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
* Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics.
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
