This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume operation and shape a strong, motivated team. This role is not suitable for Assistant Managers looking for a step up - proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential. Key Details Salary: £35,000 per annum Hours/Pattern: Includes alternate weekends off Location: Wimborne Environment: High-volume restaurant (approx. 200 covers daily, rising to 300 in warmer months) Operational Scope: Front of House and kitchen oversight Sector: Leisure site About the Role As Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, operational leader with the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You'll oversee both Front of House and kitchen operations, ensuring service excellence, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative team culture.
