Job Title: Care Assistant – Days
Salary: £13.62 per hour plus incentives.
Hours: Full time, 3 to 4 shifts per week; 7am‑7pm, including alternate weekends.

About St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home
St Andrew's is located in the village of Ewerby, 5 miles east of Sleaford, in a restored vicarage. It offers personal care, nursing and dementia care for 42 residents.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide the highest possible level of care, supporting residents in daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity, respect, and physical and emotional well‑being.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90%+ achievement during Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
* Maintain 100% completion of mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements
* Clear motivation and/or relevant experience.
* Reside within 20 minutes of the care home.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* A caring and nurturing attitude.
* A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
* Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
