Were looking for a Sous Chef who:
Can confidently support and deputise for the Head Chef
Has strong all-round kitchen and BOH knowledge
Leads by example and brings a calm, organised approach
Is passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking
Thrives in a busy, high-standard kitchen
Wants to develop and grow within a serious food business
This is a hands-on role in a proper kitchen with big standards, big ambition, and a real opportunity to progress.
