Job Description:
We are recruiting for a large-scale management consultancy that works with companies with a turnover of 1 billion and above, providing consulting on Finance Transformation, leadership, process development, and other finance topics. The role involves working directly with finance teams and wider stakeholders. It is a fully remote position with occasional travel, expensed, possibly once a quarter internationally. The salary range is £150,000-180,000 plus approximately 20% bonus and other benefits. The ideal candidate will be experienced in problem solving, with a background in a large consultancy or the Big 4, familiar with working on pitches supported by a sales team, and adept at managing multiple requirements and stakeholders. This role is suited for someone passionate about FP&A, analytics, and high-level consulting on these topics. It is an advisory role, not a finance implementation, and may include providing insights on competitors and strategic recommendations. You will work on large-scale shared service projects and AI initiatives.
