We’re guided by three core values: Empowering Change – for residents, for communities, and for our team Expertise – built over 50 years of delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes Relationships – the trust we build with clients, residents, and one another What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to plan and programme live and future projects ensuring Site Managers have the necessary details to deliver their project within the desired timescales. Attend internal and client meetings advising on site programme completion. Coach, mentor, and support Site Managers to ensure they can successfully deliver their project to programme, and quality assurance is maintained onsite. Promote a culture of health and safety awareness by setting the highest possible standards of leadership, resulting in best practice and ensuring compliance at all times with Company procedures and legal obligations. Complete regular site quality checks and audits, coaching and providing feedback where necessary in line with our continuous improvement ethos. Plan and manage the construction workforce to ensure they achieve the required levels of productivity to meet operational requirements. Implement the risk management process, review risk registers and check risk controls when on site. Carry out monthly one-to-ones with Site Managers to ensure they are progressing to achieve their goals and establish if any training or support is required. Work closely with the Construction Director to develop relationships with new and existing clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Qualifications 5 years experience within a Project Manager position Proven track record in pre-construction and design management, with the ability to shape project delivery from the earliest stages. Construction Management qualification Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of engaging with clients, contractors, and regulators. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively.
