The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant. This role is pivotal to maintaining production schedules and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and production lines to ensure optimal performance.
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
3. Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
