The Opportunity
As Account Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, supporting the delivery of integrated communications campaigns across PR, digital and events. You'll work closely with senior team members while also taking ownership of client relationships and campaign execution.
This is a hybrid role, with time split between home working and the organisation's Belfast office.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
* PR & Communications: Support and deliver PR campaigns, including media relations, content development and press office activity
* Digital Communications: Contribute to digital campaigns across social media, online content and wider digital channels
* Events: Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of events, briefings and stakeholder engagements
* Campaign Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and activity aligns with client objectives
* Reporting & Evaluation: Track campaign performance and support the delivery of clear, insightful client reporting
* Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure integrated, effective campaign delivery
What They're Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience in Marketing or an agency environment
* Channel Knowledge: Hands-on experience across PR, digital communications and events
* Client-Facing Skills: Strong client management experience, with confidence managing relationships and expectations
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Organisation: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive and positive approach
