Job Summary
As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of Distributor Area Executives to meet sales targets and KPIs across all product lines (Open Channel). Your role involves building strong relationships with dealers and fostering their success within the Maxis business journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies for distributor efficiency and dealer development
* Expand distribution points and maintain healthy trade buffer stock
* Train and develop dealers in product knowledge, selling skills, and IT systems
* Design and implement effective sales campaigns
* Ensure compliance with trade visitation cycles
* Submit management reports in a timely manner
* Plan and prioritize network expansion
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 5-7 years of work experience, including 2-4 years in a similar industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
* Personal traits: positive, passionate, collaborative, self-starter, able to perform under pressure, team player
