Job Title: Casual Room Attendant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work as a Casual Room Attendant. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare guest rooms to our high standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas
* Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping team or management
* Restock supplies and amenities as needed
* Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
* No prior experience required, training will be provided
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
* Basic English language skills and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
