Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development, validation, and execution of thermal and structural (FEA) simulations.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to support new and existing product designs through advanced modeling techniques.
* Develop and implement strategies for digitalization of the design process, integrating simulation into the overall product lifecycle.
* Mentor and coach simulation team members, providing technical guidance and conducting regular reviews.
* Analyze data from physical testing and simulations to validate models and improve prediction accuracy.
* Ensure simulation practices align with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering discipline
Desired Characteristics
* Proven experience in thermal, fluid, and structural (FEA) simulations.
* Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar platforms.
* Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis of experimental results.
* Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is highly desirable.
